Clubhouse Maintenance/Events Setup
About The Position
The Event Setup/Maintenance position will assist in banquet sets up and breaking down, cleaning of the facility, and assisting with general maintenance of the clubhouse. Team Player with a can-do attitude Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns to your supervisor as soon as possible Housekeeping duties will include cleaning bathrooms, windows, chandeliers, furniture cleaning and polishing and exterior cleaning Assist in set ups of banquets, including moving furniture and tables Assist in the Laundry department Move heavy objects as requested Works closely with management and maintenance staff in developing an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the Club Keeps all areas safe and clean Follow safety guidelines in accordance with company policy and standard Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Background check and drug test are required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Team spirit and the ability to communicate well and work with others is critical
- Must be a self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Frequently lifting and moving of objects
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds frequently
- Standing, walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling constantly
