Dreams Unlimited Clubhouse at Easterseals MORC is hiring for a Clubhouse Generalist to help make a difference and become part of something bigger than yourself! We are looking for Game Changers! Requirements

• Bachelors Degree of better in a human services field
• Valid Michigan Drivers License
• The ability to transport members to Clubhouse related activities and ensure maintenance of the agency vehicle by keeping it clean and in good condition during and after transportation is an absolute must!

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Clubhouse preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with members on seeking abilities and strengths in individuals and work toward recovery through meaningful activities.
• Work side-by-side with members in order to engage and participate in a 'work ordered day'.
• Engage members in the running of the Clubhouse.
• Create, link, and monitor employment opportunities for Clubhouse members.
• Help run a very busy kitchen.
• Do some reporting using Management Information Systems.
• Plan social events with the members.
• Provide transportation in the Dreams van.
• Transport members to Clubhouse related activities.
• Ensure maintenance of the agency vehicle by keeping it clean and in good condition during and after transportation.
• Be out in the community meeting with employers in order to establish relationships and gain tradition/supported employment for our members.
