Brain Injury Services (BIS) helps children and adults with a brain injury build the skills and confidence they need to lead a fulfilling and productive life. Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Day Programs, the Clubhouse Manager is a full-time, in-person position responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational coordination for the ADAPT Clubhouse. The Clubhouse Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Day Programs and directly supervises the Clubhouse Unit Coordinators. The Manager provides program and staff leadership and oversees daily operations of the ADAPT Clubhouse, ensuring that services across all Clubhouse Units are integrated, safe, person-centered, recovery-oriented, and consistent with the Clubhouse model, organizational policy, accreditation standards, and applicable requirements. The Clubhouse Manager establishes clear expectations, develops staff, monitors program quality and outcomes, builds effective partnerships, and stewards the facilities and resources needed for high-quality services. The position is accountable for the overall performance and continuity of the Clubhouse while working with the Senior Manager of Day Programs on matters requiring broader organizational authority.
