About The Position

The Clubhouse Coordinator supports the resident clubhouse and common areas at The Springs, a senior living community. This part-time role helps keep shared spaces welcoming, organized, and ready for use while assisting residents with clubhouse information and needs. The position is approximately 12 hours per week and pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour. It offers flexible, meaningful work for someone who enjoys helping people and maintaining an active community environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and able to work well independently.
• Able to communicate professionally and warmly and take pride in maintaining neat, welcoming spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, administrative, hospitality, office support, property management, or senior living experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clubhouse and meeting room reservations.
• Maintain community calendars and facility schedules.
• Welcome residents and assist with clubhouse-related questions.
• Monitor and replenish clubhouse supplies.
• Keep the clubhouse organized, presentable, and ready for use.
• Report maintenance or facility concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with communicating clubhouse information and schedules to residents.
