Worldmark the Club Sales Representative
About The Position
Worldmark the Club is seeking reliable, professional, sales-minded individuals who are great on the phone to join their growing Virtual Sales Team in Salt Lake. This position is on-site in Sandy, Utah. The role involves conducting presentations via Zoom to owners, establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefit of traveling with Travel and Leisure, and generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques. All leads are prequalified and provided by the company, so no cold calling is involved. The position also includes attending ongoing advanced sales and career training.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous commission based sales experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Passion to support our company mission to put the world on vacation
- Internal drive to not only achieve but exceed sales goals
- Ability to overcome objections
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a goal and performance based environment
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Timeshare Agent License
