Provides directions, assistance, and/or information as may be required to ensure customer satisfaction. Participates in special property promotions and creates excitement for those playing. Resolves customer disputes in accordance with authority or contact the reporting senior who may be able to solve the issue. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and control protocols. Encourages carded play by actively engaging guests on the casino floor. Promotes excitement with a welcoming attitude when greeting guest at the Club or throughout the building. Including but not limited to: Smiling at every guest Standing to greet each guest Being familiar with the right response to challenging questions Knowledgeable about promotions and events throughout the property Finding the answer to guest requests Responsible for seeking out and knowing all current information pertaining to but not limited to: Current marketing promotions Special and group sales events Hours of operation for casino, wagering, live racing and all restaurants. General information for each of the above. Demonstrates an upbeat and outgoing demeanor while on the casino floor. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Ensures compliance with all casino and cash control policies, practices, and protocols. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
