About The Position

This position oversees the growth and development of club sport student-athletes. The position is responsible for communicating departmental and team rules and educating students regarding policies and procedures outlined in the club sports handbook. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is strongly preferred.
• First Aid, CPR, AED training certification required or obtained upon employment.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a competitive Club Men’s Lacrosse program.
• Plan and attend all team practices, home and away contests.
• Organize the team’s schedule with the Team E-board.
• Work together to ensure a positive and collaborative team environment for all club members.
• Facilitate purchases and coordination for team travel and expenses.
• Additional duties to be determined by the Director of Campus Recreation.
