About The Position

A premier private country club on Rochester's west side is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Club Manager to lead its food & beverage, member experience, events, and sales operations. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who understands that exceptional club hospitality is about more than great food and service—it's about creating an experience that makes members feel known, welcomed, and genuinely excited to be part of the club. The Club Manager will have significant ownership over the day-to-day operation and long-term success of the club, leading teams across dining, bar, banquet, culinary, event, and sales functions. Working closely with ownership and club leadership, this person will help shape the member experience, strengthen operations, develop a high-performing team, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and engagement. We're looking for a leader who is equally comfortable building relationships with members, developing staff, reviewing financials, overseeing a major event, and jumping into the operation when needed. If you're energized by hospitality, thrive in a relationship-driven environment, and want the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a respected private club, we'd love to meet you.
