Support Staff are the backbone of service at The Aster, working side by side with Club Attendants to keep operations seamless across the 5th Floor, Aster Park, and In-Room Dining. This role is fast-paced, team-oriented, and essential to creating a polished guest experience. Responsibilities include resetting and cleaning tables, running food, restocking essentials (flatware, glassware, napkins, ice, and liquor), assisting with dishwashing, and maintaining an organized, presentable environment. Support Staff also ensure guest needs are communicated quickly to the service team. Successful team members bring energy, efficiency, and attention to detail, anticipating the needs of both guests and colleagues. They stay highly visible on the floor, support Club Attendants directly, and help create a welcoming, elevated, and effortless experience for every member and hotel guest. With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and commitment to excellence, Support Staff set the tone for service and help deliver the seamless and memorable experience The Aster is known for.
