About The Position

The Seasonal Club Coordinator will support our basketball clubs during the 2026–2027 Unrivaled season. This temporary position is expected to begin December 7, 2026 and conclude on March 31, 2027, as subject to business needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for basketball. The Club Coordinator will ensure that all logistical aspects of the team’s operations run smoothly, allowing coaches and players to focus on their performance.

• Must be located in the Miami, FL area or be willing to move there during the season (relocation expenses are not provided).

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in sports management or team coordination is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate practice schedules, game times, and team events to coaching staff and players in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update a shared calendar to keep all team members informed.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of practice facilities, including setting up equipment and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
• Help coordinate drills and practice logistics as directed by the coaching staff.
• Collaborate with the equipment manager to oversee the laundering of team uniforms and gear, ensuring all items are clean and ready for use.
• Maintain an organized inventory of all equipment and apparel.
• Handle all ticket requests for players and their families, ensuring a fair and efficient distribution process.
• Maintain records of ticket allocations and assist with any related inquiries.
• Serve as a point of contact between players, coaching staff, and administration for any logistical matters.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster a positive team environment.
