About The Position
CLS Health's 10-week Business Operations Internship Program offers graduate students a unique, hands-on opportunity to explore the business of healthcare from the inside out. Participants will rotate through key departments, work alongside senior leaders, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact how care is delivered to patients and communities. The program emphasizes physician-led innovation, comprehensive exposure to various aspects of healthcare systems, access to executives, professional growth through meaningful projects and mentorship, and a sense of impact and purpose by contributing to CLS Health's mission.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate student.
- Must complete the application portal with an updated resume.
- Must complete the application portal with a current transcript (official or unofficial).
Responsibilities
- Rotate through key departments within CLS Health.
- Work alongside senior leaders.
- Contribute to initiatives that directly impact patient and community care delivery.
- Gain real-world insights across leadership, administration, operations, technology, and community engagement.
- Engage with CLS Health executives and department heads.
