About The Position
World Labs is a leading spatial intelligence company, building frontier world models that can perceive, generate, reason, and interact with the 3D world. We are a team of researchers, engineers, and builders advancing what we believe is the next frontier of generative AI. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Finance and Business Operations Summer MBA Intern who is excited to operate as a high-agency generalist in a start-up environment. You’ll work closely with our Finance and Business Operations Lead on priority problems across the company. This role works cross-functionally with research, engineering, operations, finance, legal, and external partners. There is no single “lane”, the mandate is to add leverage wherever the company most needs it.
Requirements
- Current MBA student; prior experience in operations at a high growth start-up, finance, consulting a strong plus
- Willingness to do anything, paired with strong prioritization instincts
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve your workflows
- Strong analytical and strategic instincts with a bias toward action
- Commercial instincts and basic financial fluency across contracts, pricing, and tradeoffs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- High agency and ownership mindset
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and reporting
- GTM and partnerships
- Data, compute, and infrastructure partnerships
- Internal operations, including metrics reporting, workflow automation, and planning
- High-priority projects as new needs emerge
