About The Position

CloudOps is a small team of individuals who builds and maintains the necessary tooling to deploy and operate our customers' Cloud infrastructure. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in enterprise environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across development, operations, networking, and security teams
• Demonstrates both autonomy and initiative
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, automating, and supporting cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, including scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, networking, security, and cost optimization
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions
• Proficiency with Git, source control best practices, and automated testing within DevOps workflows
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python, including experience integrating REST APIs
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows Server and/or Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) environments
• Experience with enterprise monitoring, logging, and observability solutions such as Splunk or Grafana
• Solid understanding of software development principles, platform engineering, and cloud infrastructure reliability
• Experience supporting production environments, including incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating 24/7 mission-critical cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and virtualization technologies
• Development experience with C#/.NET
• Knowledge of Go
• Experience with SQL database administration, Azure SQL, backup, and recovery

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, tools, and automation solutions using C#, PowerShell, and other scripting languages
• Collaborate closely with Development, Cloud Operations, and Support teams to troubleshoot production issues, automate operational tasks, and improve platform stability and performance
• Support production environments by investigating incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing long-term automation and reliability improvements
