About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Cloud Transformation Architect to design and govern cloud-native solutions across compute, networking, data, identity, and security domains on a major cloud platform. The architect will partner with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has broad knowledge of modern cloud capabilities, depth in at least one major provider, and sound architectural judgment to balance time-to-market, cost, security, and long-term maintainability.

This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote in the United States. The listed salary range is $150,000–$175,000 annually. Candidates may include U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates; the employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise designing cloud-native solutions on at least one major cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security primitives.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and platform consolidation programs.
• Strong understanding of containerization, serverless, and managed data services.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing formal architecture artifacts and presenting them to senior leadership.
• Track record of leading architecture reviews and influencing engineering direction.
• Cloud architecture certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice To Haves

• Multiple cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Exposure to regulated industries with strict cloud compliance requirements.
• Experience driving FinOps and cost transparency initiatives.
