About The Position

We are looking for a Cloud Systems Engineering Intern to join Axway's Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) team. We are seeking an individual who enjoys coding and has a passion for learning about cloud solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and new technologies. You will work on important initiatives related to our cloud SaaS solutions, including Artificial Intelligence, cloud security, and cloud operations. Requirements

Pursuing Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Coursework or projects in programming, coding, cloud-based applications, or distributed systems.
Experience with one or more technology frameworks & tools, such as Git/GitHub, Claude, ChatGPT & Copilot.
Experience with data structures and algorithms.
A passion for technology and a strong work ethic.
Basic knowledge of Java, C#, Python or JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal skills.
Curiosity.
Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement cloud and AI-related initiatives, supporting global cloud operations processes and reporting.
Evaluate business and technical requirements to identify, implement, and update processes & technologies.
Collaborate with Operations, Security, R&D, Product Management, and other business functions. You will participate in activities such as planning, demos, and workshops.
Utilize AI tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT & Copilot to solve business and operational challenges.
Gain exposure to cloud technologies, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, AWS, & Azure.
Gain exposure to other technologies and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Operating Systems & Databases.
Create and update technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing repositories for cloud operations.
