About The Position

This is a senior-level Cloud Architect role focusing on designing cloud architectures primarily for Oracle Cloud (OCI), along with AWS, Azure, frameworks, governance models, and cloud standards for the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, multi/hybrid-cloud architectures. This role may require guiding engineering teams or supplementing their skill sets. A strong foundation in on-premises infrastructure is essential due to hybrid integrations and migration initiatives. The organization is also planning to expand Infrastructure-as-Code capabilities.

Requirements

• OCI: 6–9 years
• Hybrid Infrastructure: 4–6 years
• Cloud Networking: 4–6 years
• Cloud DevOps / Automation: 4–6 years
• Cloud Security: 2–3 years
• Cloud FinOps: 1–2 years
• Architecture Documentation (Visio or Abacus): 2–3 years
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, services, governance, frameworks, and best practices
• Proficiency in OCI is mandatory
• Extensive experience with cloud servers and environments with configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring and alerts
• Database Technologies: Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden Gate, RMAN, Database licensing
• Product Architecture and roadmap, its assessment
• Platforms: Exadata, ExaCC, ExaDB-D, Exascale, DBaaS, OEM
• Architecture: High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Multi-Cloud Architecture
• Automation: Terraform, Ansible, API/CLI automation
• SRE & DevOps: Monitoring, Observability, SLAs/SLOs/SLIs
• Cloud Architecture, Architecture Patterns
• Proficient with AI

Nice To Haves

• Azure / AWS / GCP: 1–2 years each
• Linux or network administrator skills a plus
