About The Position

Oracle is seeking experienced Cloud Solutions Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, and Cloud Platform Engineers to join an elite team supporting the U.S. Federal Government. As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll be embedded full-time with a single customer, working side-by-side with operators, technical leaders, and mission stakeholders to architect, deploy, secure, and operationalize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions that support critical national security missions. This isn't traditional consulting. This isn't presales. You'll own the technical success of a high-priority customer engagement—from initial architecture through production deployment, operational adoption, and long-term success. If you're passionate about solving complex infrastructure challenges, enjoy working directly with customers, and want to see your work make an immediate operational impact, this is the role for you. This position requires candidates to be in office or at the client site at least 4 days/ week and must live a commutable distance to Reston VA/ Greater DC.
