About The Position

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a strong Modern Work foundation, specializing in Power Platform and Copilot‑based Agentic AI, who is passionate about driving customers’ business applications, intelligent automation, and AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This is a customer‑facing role that owns the technical relationship and technical strategy between Microsoft and our customers across Modern Work and Business Applications. You will help customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investments by connecting Modern Work experiences (Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration and productivity) with low‑code platforms and AI‑powered agents to deliver end‑to‑end business solutions. In this role, you will design and guide solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and AI‑powered agents built with Copilot Studio, while ensuring alignment with Modern Work architectures, security, identity, compliance, and governance. You will engage customers through architecture design, implementation guidance, and operational health engagements, enabling scalable, secure, and governed low‑code and AI solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, IT, and security stakeholders to identify high‑value use cases, define Modern Work and automation transformation roadmaps, and drive adoption of Copilot, automation, and agentic AI capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years' experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

Responsibilities

  • Drive strong Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers and partners by leveraging Modern Work and Power Platform fundamentals (Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) alongside AI capabilities (Copilot across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, Azure AI). Actively listen and respectfully challenge customers to drive the best business and technical outcomes aligned to defined Customer Success Plan objectives.
  • Engage business and technical decision‑makers to drive intent, enablement, and adoption of M365 Copilot and Power Platform solutions. Partner with sales and technical stakeholders to identify and develop customer‑specific roadmaps that accelerate business outcomes, productivity gains, process automation, and low‑code transformation while securing long‑term value and growth.
  • Surface actionable customer and partner feedback related to Modern Work, Copilot, Power Platform, and agentic AI adoption to relevant Microsoft teams, including Product Groups, to inform roadmap evolution and continuous improvement across the ecosystem.
  • Design, position, and enable AI‑powered agents using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot extensibility to automate end‑to‑end business processes, orchestrate human‑in‑the‑loop scenarios, and augment decision‑making and knowledge work. Guide customers on when and how to apply agentic AI responsibly, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, governed, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Drive Customer Success outcomes by helping customers understand, adopt, and realize value from M365 Copilot and the Power Platform. Lead architecture and solution design sessions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot‑based experiences; address governance and adoption questions; and provide best practices for secure, scalable enterprise deployment.
  • Identify and resolve technical, governance, security, or organizational blockers impacting the go‑live and adoption of M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and agentic AI initiatives. Lead business and technical conversations to help customers maximize value from their Microsoft investments while delivering solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and reusable IP.
  • Demonstrate a strong growth mindset by continuously aligning individual skilling with Modern Work innovation, M365 Copilot evolution, Power Platform advancements, AI capabilities, customer needs, and Customer Success goals.
  • Actively participate in internal and external communities of practice to share expertise, contribute to and reuse IP, and learn from peers—accelerating customers’ Modern Work, Copilot, low‑code, automation, and digital transformation journeys
