As a Manager of Cloud Solution Architects (CSAs) in the Customer Success organization, you will lead a high-performing team of senior technical experts who help enterprise customers design and deploy secure, scalable, and AI-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. Your leadership will be grounded in Microsoft’s principles of creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success, fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and technical excellence. You will model, coach, and care for your team, supporting their development through continuous learning and certification, while aligning their work to Microsoft’s AI and cloud strategy. In this role, you’ll oversee delivery excellence across infrastructure, applications, and data engagements, ensuring your team drives customer outcomes through architectural leadership, innovation, and operational best practices. You’ll partner closely with engineering, field, and global delivery teams to scale impact, resolve blockers, and embed repeatable IP into delivery. As a strategic leader, you’ll represent the voice of the customer, contribute to product evolution, and empower your team to lead innovation at scale.
