We are seeking a Copilot Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to lead the design and delivery of innovative cloud and AI application solutions for customers. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, AI innovation, and technical delivery excellence using Microsoft Azure. The CSA partners with customers and internal teams to modernize applications, enable AI-powered scenarios, and accelerate business outcomes through scalable and secure cloud solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience working in an enterprise customer-facing role with stakeholder management and communication skills
- 6+ years of experience working on technical projects.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud platforms
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., AI Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Amazon Web Services, Google, Developer certifications, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure
- Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with best practices
- Drive development of AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent agents
- Enable enterprise adoption of Azure AI services and modern application platforms
- Support AI use cases such as personalization, automation, and customer engagement
- Lead technical delivery across customer engagements from discovery to deployment
- Ensure high-quality implementation using repeatable delivery models
- Optimize solutions for performance, cost, and scalability
- Drive Azure consumption and adoption across assigned accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and expand solution footprint
- Deliver measurable outcomes aligned to customer KPIs and business goals
