As a Cloud Solution Architect – Cloud & AI Apps, you work on our most strategic customers in Germany, guiding them on their journey to become Frontier companies with your knowledge and experience in Apps (including, but not limited to AKS, APIM) and AI (including, but not limited to Foundry, Document Intelligence, AI Search) services. You guide other team members to focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery. You identify and anticipate issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices. You understand industry trends and the competitor's architecture solutions and identify Microsoft's strengths over competitive solutions to drive conversations with customers/partners and convince them of the solution. You generate new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for designated customers/partners. You share ideas, insights, and strategic technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft, using a thorough knowledge of specific Microsoft products and their context in the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Significant experience designing scalable solutions with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Nice To Haves

• Relevant experience in further Apps such as APIM or ACA and AI such as Foundry, Document Intelligence, AI Search services
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND several years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
• Several years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• Several years of experience working on technical projects
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)

Responsibilities
