About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Cloud Software Engineer to support a mission-critical enterprise service delivering software security solutions across customer enclaves. This role supports a cloud-based platform leveraging microservices and containerized technologies to enable secure, scalable, and resilient operations. The engineer will work within a collaborative team environment, partnering with cross-agency stakeholders to design, develop, and sustain enterprise software capabilities in support of national security missions. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required.
  • No degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
  • Experience across the software development lifecycle including design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (Security+ or higher)
  • One of the following certifications is required: o AWS Certified Developer – Associate o AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional o Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) o Elastic Certified Engineer
  • Candidates must provide proof of certifications during the screening or offer process
