You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Requirements

Experience developing sof t war e using Python or Java
Experience in data modeling, including normalization of data and working with met rics
Experience developing and maintaining web-based server applications and implementing algorithms that interface with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Experience developing task automation using AWS API
Experience with periodic or streaming data
Experience with Linux and shell scripting
Ability to design, develop, and implement data processing workflows
Ability to develop and optimize data structures within and between routines and for data storage and retrieval using JSON, YAML, or NoSQL Databases
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science field and 14+ years of experience with sof t war e engineering in a Linux environment, or 18+ years of experience with sof t war e engineering in a Linux environment in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with unstructured databases, including Mongo or Elasticsearch, and graph databases, including Neo4J
Experience with implementation of test environments for automated code validation
Experience working with containers
Experience developing CI / CD pipelines with GitLab CI
Experience with Infrastructure as Code ( IAC ) and tooling, including Terraform
Experience with mono-repo architecture and tooling
Experience with Web page design in JavaScript, Angular, or Python Shiny
Experience developing pipelines using the AWS API, to include Lambda and Step functions
Knowledge of network protocols such as NMP or BGP
Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and team-oriented environment and balance long- and short-term taskings
