The Cloud Software Developer is a key role in an Agile development team engaged in the modernization of enterprise-class software applications. The developer will work in coordination with team members, fellow Agile units, and other stakeholders to build, migrate, expand, automate, and sustain a large, multi-tenant cloud platform/enterprise. They will leverage their experience in cloud software development to support the development of an exciting new solution. Requirements
- Education: Technical Training, Certificate, or Degree required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering or relevant experience
- Experience: 7+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years of related experience with AWS cloud computing required
- Required Skills: Proficiency in the following languages: Bash, Python, Node.js, and React.js
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Linux OS experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers) to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design and implement data processing and integration solutions using ETL tools
- Experience with application using serverless architecture and/or containerization
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences at various levels of an organization
- Security Clearance Level: Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a position of Public Trust.
- Must be US Person (Green Card Holder, US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, or US Citizen)

- Designs, architects, deploys and maintains cloud solutions
- Maintains the integrity and security of systems
- Supports and develops automation
- Develops in languages such as Bash, Python, Node.js, and React.js
- Maintains/enhances knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Composes and maintains standard operating procedures and work instructions, knowledge articles, et al
