Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud operations, or technical support.
  • Basic understanding of cloud concepts including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, and SaaS integrations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes such as incident, request, and change management.
  • Foundational understanding of security principles including least privilege access, MFA, and secure configuration basics.
  • Ability to learn multiple cloud platforms and tools in a structured enterprise environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to one or more public cloud providers: Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
  • Entry-level cloud certification such as Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or OCI Foundations.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Terraform.
  • Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta, or similar IAM solutions.
  • Exposure to SaaS administration or support for platforms such as Snowflake or similar enterprise services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administration tasks across supported cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI.
  • Support provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and deprovisioning of cloud resources using established standards.
  • Assist with identity, access, and role-based access administration for cloud and cloud-connected SaaS services.
  • Execute operational procedures for cloud incidents, service requests, change activities, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support connectivity validation between SaaS platforms and enterprise resources, including private/public network paths, identity providers, and data services.
  • Monitor cloud resources for availability, configuration drift, tagging compliance, and basic cost anomalies.
  • Assist with enforcement of governance standards such as naming conventions, resource tagging, subscription/account organization, and policy application.
  • Document support procedures, recurring issues, standard configurations, and runbooks.
  • Escalate advanced issues related to security, automation, architecture, or platform performance to senior team members.
  • Participate in on-call rotation or operational support processes, as assigned.
