About The Position

A successful candidate will possess experience utilizing Wiz to secure cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. This role involves working with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities, partnering with development teams to secure CI/CD pipelines, and providing technical support for securing AI models and datasets. The position also requires developing and setting up automation using Python, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, assisting in the development of baseline security controls and policies, tracking open security issues, and educating stakeholders on cloud security best practices.

Requirements

Experience securing CloudFormation/Terraform IaC.
Proficiency in measuring and securing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments in AWS and Azure.
Experience with Python, YAML, JSON.
Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and most CSP-native security tools such as Service Control Policies, CloudWatch, Control Tower, or Azure Security Center.

Advanced certification in Cloud Security such as AWS Security Specialty, SANS GCLD, or AZ-500 preferred.

Responsibilities

Deploying and supporting Wiz in a variety of environments.
Working with security teams in key business units to remediate vulnerabilities and compliance findings.
Partnering with development teams to secure CI/CD pipelines.
Providing technical support in securing AI models and Datasets.
Developing and setting up automation with Python, terraform and GitHub Actions.
Assisting with the development of baseline security controls and translating that into policies.
Tracking open security issues and escalating as necessary to ensure remediation.
Delivering technical support in the integration of security tools in CI/CD pipelines and S-SDLC.
Educating and providing support to platform owners, application teams & owners, developers on cloud security, tools and vulnerability management.
Maintaining knowledge on existing security procedures and directives related to application security and vulnerability management.
