Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer who will serve as the primary point of contact for our customer, working on-site on Fort Meade, MD. Requirements
- 5 years of AWS development experience and/or AWS administration skills
- Systems engineering experience (ex: VMWare, VCenter, ESXi, etc.)
- Experience working in hybrid environments
- Experience with tools such as: AWS CloudFormation, IAM, EC2, VPC, and monitoring solutions like CloudWatch
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+
- Experience with customer-facing communication and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 4 years of technical experience in lieu of degree
- Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) operations and requirements
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize AWS environments, ensuring seamless integration within hybrid infrastructures, and maintaining robust security postures
- Deliver cloud solutions tailored to client requirements, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing best practices for cloud operations
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with organizational objectives, all while upholding strict security standards
