About The Position

We are seeking a versatile, ownership-driven Platform Engineer to support the Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD) team. In this high-impact, hybrid role, you will lead deployment of the RAD production system across three distinct network environments. The position requires a broad skill set spanning containerized systems operated through Kubernetes and application code that may need to be adapted or modified. You will work across the full stack and deployment lifecycle to establish and optimize resilient production environments. An active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance is required. The annual base salary range is $150,000–$250,000 USD, excluding discretionary bonus compensation and the benefits package. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and other factors.

Requirements

Active security clearance at the TS/SCI Polygraph level.
Deep, hands-on experience deploying, managing, and operating containerized application environments using Kubernetes.
Strong ability to work across infrastructure and application code, including reading, modifying, and troubleshooting codebases to adjust system components.
Proven experience driving full-lifecycle deployments and standing up enterprise production systems across multiple isolated network environments.
Proficiency in diagnosing infrastructure bottlenecks, configuring network-level integrations, and optimizing system reliability after deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, plus 7 or more years of professional software engineering experience; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus 11 or more years of hands-on technical software development experience in lieu of a degree.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting Report Authoring and Dissemination (RAD) architecture or similar intelligence reporting and dissemination platforms.
Familiarity with automated infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
Experience designing or configuring CI/CD pipelines for automated multi-network code deployment.
