About The Position

We’re looking for a Cloud Network Security Engineer for a remote role. This position involves designing and implementing secure hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures, architecting VPC/VNet segmentation, routing, and connectivity, integrating on-prem networks with cloud environments, defining network standards and security guardrails, and implementing network segmentation and zero-trust principles. The role requires excellent communication skills for documenting security tools, deployment configurations, and incident reports.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in information security and engineering
• Experience designing and maintaining infrastructure in AWS/Azure
• Cloud security design, operations, and automation experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must hold AWS or Azure certification

Nice To Haves

• Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Cloud VM series Palo Alto firewalls in AWS and Azure
• Experience with: Palo Alto Firewalls
• F5 Load Balancing/Firewall
• InfoBlox
• Forescout
• Prisma Cloud

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure hybrid and multi-cloud network architectures (AWS, Azure)
• Architect VPC/VNet segmentation, routing, and connectivity (hub-and-spoke, transit VPC/VNet)
• Integrate on-prem networks with cloud environments using VPN, Direct Connect, or ExpressRoute
• Define network standards, reference architectures, and security guardrails
• Design and maintain secure ingress/egress controls and east-west traffic inspection
• Implement network segmentation, microsegmentation, and zero-trust principles
• Documentation of security tools, deployment configuration, and incident reports
