About The Position

The Cloud Network Engineer supports Cloud Network Operations by applying network and systems engineering expertise to activities involving the latest technology. The role reviews customer-submitted requirements, performs end-to-end network engineering, and identifies additional requirements needed to achieve mission needs. It also develops and presents requirements and network designs, including explaining the relationship between them. Developing a sound network plan through implementation is a central focus of the position.

The role requires experience designing and implementing data networks, architecting and integrating new systems, and working with network management protocols. An active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.
• Fourteen years of experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five additional years of systems engineering experience in place of the degree.
• Experience designing and implementing data networks.
• Experience in network architectural design, implementation, and integration of new systems.
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience with network management protocols.
