About The Position

The Cloud Network Engineer supports Cloud Network Operations by applying a strong network engineering and systems engineering background and the latest technology. The role reviews customer-submitted requirements, performs end-to-end network engineering, and identifies new requirements needed to achieve mission needs. It also develops and presents requirements and network designs, including explaining the relationship between them, and develops network plans through implementation.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.
• Fourteen years of experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five additional years of systems engineering experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience designing and implementing data networks.
• Experience with network architectural design, implementation, and integration of new systems.
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience with network management protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements submitted by customers.
• Perform end-to-end network engineering and identify new requirements to achieve mission needs.
• Create and present requirements and network designs, including explaining the relationship between them.
• Develop network plans through implementation.
• Plan and lead Systems Engineering efforts.
