About The Position

Quevera is seeking a Technical Program Lead to lead the migration and modernization of web-based software solutions within a cloud environment. This position will oversee “lift-and-shift” migrations, improve multi-region resiliency, transition applications to serverless architectures, and introduce advanced cloud services—including AI and machine learning—to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Twenty (20) years of experience in software development and deployment.
Five (5) years of experience with one or more of the following: JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Django MySQL or GraphQL Python WordPress, Headless WordPress, or other CMS applications Linux environments Kubernetes and Docker
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
Experience developing, deploying, and sustaining software products.
Experience leading technical teams.

Ability to refine technical requirements and develop level-of-effort and cost estimates.
AWS certifications.
Experience with Angular, Django, Linux, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Cloud subject-matter expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of web-based application migrations to the cloud environment.
Develop and implement multi-region resiliency for cloud-hosted applications.
Modernize existing applications using serverless cloud capabilities.
Identify and implement AI/ML and other advanced cloud services to improve system performance and efficiency.
Lead technical teams responsible for developing, deploying, and sustaining software solutions.
Coordinate technical activities across organizations, teams, and multiple platforms.
Refine technical requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
Develop level-of-effort estimates, schedules, and projected costs.
Provide technical leadership throughout the software development, migration, deployment, and sustainment lifecycle.
