About The Position

Bainbridge Health is hiring a Cloud & IT Operations Engineer to own core internal IT administration and employee support across Google Workspace, Mosyle, and company devices, while also supporting SOC 2 work and broader operational coverage. This is a hands-on internal operations role with meaningful leverage across security, productivity, and resilience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Mac administration, Google Workspace, and MDM tooling such as Mosyle, Jamf, Kandji, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a responsive, user-friendly support style.
• Comfort balancing day-to-day support with documentation and process improvement.
• Clear written communication and good operational judgment.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to GCP, cloud operations, Kubernetes, or security/compliance programs.
• Healthcare, Health IT, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience supporting distributed teams and lightweight incident-response processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management, access controls, groups, policies, and core collaboration tooling.
• Manage Mosyle or a similar MDM platform to support provisioning, policy enforcement, patching, and inventory across a Mac-heavy fleet.
• Provide responsive IT helpdesk support for employee issues related to devices, access, software, and collaboration systems.
• Own device onboarding, offboarding, refresh, and replacement processes.
• Support SOC 2 Type II task execution, evidence collection, and documentation of internal controls and operating procedures.
• Participate in on-call or priority-response coverage for internal systems and operational incidents.
• Document repeatable admin workflows and partner with leadership to reduce single-threaded operational ownership.
