About The Position

This person will oversee the strategic product management for the Cloud IAM program in support of the organization's cloud strategy and information security requirements. Ensures delivery of marketable capabilities, and engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features and collaborate with the Cloud Security and IAM teams. Drives functionality, user experience, and strategic direction for the Cloud IAM capabilities. Works closely in a hands-on style with engineering teams including addressing daily prioritization needs, providing real-time feedback and answering questions on an ongoing basis. Maintains a focus on the capabilities the Cloud IAM team is delivering while balancing development of additional capabilities as identified based on research and industry best practices. The ideal candidate has experience understanding organizational cybersecurity risk, identifying risk mitigations, and leading security initiatives to implement capabilities to address those risks. The candidate needs to be comfortable with enterprise IAM concepts as well as experience working with public clouds.

Requirements

  • Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically eight or more years of relevant experience
  • Thorough understanding of the applicable information security systems, policies, and procedures
  • Effective communication, presentation skills, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
  • Comfortable learning about new cloud services.
  • Thorough knowledge of IAM capabilities including provisioning, access management, AuthN/AuthZ, privileged access, security standards, etc.
  • Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud features and capabilities.
  • Experience evaluating public cloud features to identify appropriateness for the enterprise
  • Thorough knowledge of industry and enterprise best practices relating to securing public cloud environments

Responsibilities
