About The Position

Responsible for managing Cloud ERP environment and change management processes within our IT infrastructure for Tier 1 & 2 systems. This role ensures seamless changes and improvements to our IT environment through strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. This is a salary exempt position.

Requirements

5+ years of experience with configuration Cloud ERP management tools and release management processes.
Familiarity with Cloud ERP environment provisioning technologies.
Working knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
Associate’s degree in information services, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree or 2 years work experience.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
Ability to travel via car or plane to various work locations.
Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a passport.

Nice To Haves

ITIL certification is a plus.
Preference for food processing organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining processes and procedures for managing the IT Cloud ERP environment, including configuration management, release management, and environment provisioning.
Work with development, testing, and operations teams to support the availability and stability of the IT Cloud ERP environment.
Implement best practices for Cloud ERP environment monitoring, security, and capacity planning.
Identify and help mitigate risks associated with changes to the Cloud ERP environment.
Support the change management process in the Cloud ERP environment, including assessing change requests, evaluating impact, and coordinating approvals.
Establish and enforce change control procedures for changes to the Cloud ERP environment to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule changes to the Cloud ERP environment, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
Assist in communication and training on changes to the Cloud ERP environment to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
Maintain accurate documentation of the Cloud ERP environment configurations, change requests, and approvals.
Generate regular reports on the Cloud ERP environment and change management activities, including metrics on performance, compliance, and effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
Participate as a member of the Team, fostering strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues.
Accept responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues.
Actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.
Perform other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
