About The Position

The Cloud & DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain a secure and scalable AWS cloud foundation for an energy market analysis platform. The role covers AWS infrastructure across development, test, and production environments, including identity and access management, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, cloud networking, logging, monitoring, and resiliency. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, document solutions, and provide post-deployment support. The position is based in Juno Beach, Florida.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud engineering or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, authentication, and least-privilege design.
• Experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure deployment.
• Proficiency in building CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with scripting or automation using Python, TypeScript, or Bash.
• Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with containerized or serverless AWS workloads.
• Experience in energy trading or power market analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of North American ISO/RTO markets.
• AWS certification.

Responsibilities
