Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer in El Segundo, CA, who designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Requirements

  • 1 year of experience with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) or CentOS administration
  • 2 years of experience with AWS cloud technologies and CLI
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS, VPN, HTTPS, and/or networking configurations
  • Experience with Bash, Ansible or other scripting and automation technologies
  • 8570 IAT Level II Compliant Certification, or able to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Must have an active Top Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors in computer science or similar field
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools and concepts such as Static Code Analysis, image scanning, GitLab/Jenkins, Nexus, ArgoCD
  • RedHat and / or AWS Certifications
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies
  • Familiarity with AWS capabilities and offerings
  • Experience with National Security systems

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services
  • Deploy, configure, and operationalize resilient, highly available production grade k8s clusters
  • Develop IaC for cluster orchestration and application deployment using a variety of tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Packer, Helm, Kustomize, GitLab, etc.
  • Work with a variety of cloud native tools to add capabilities and secure the platform
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across all layers of the technology stack
