Position Summary Austin, Texas, USA (Hybrid) Thales is looking for a Cloud Customer Success Engineer (CCSE) who is part of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, supporting Thales Business Lines in the adoption and optimization of innovative products using state-of-the-art technology. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth integration, with proactive follow-up and ensuring the performance, security and scalability of the Business Lines solutions. It's a central role, enabling business acceleration. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field of study.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of main Cloud Providers and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Cloud-certified.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems with previous experience with CRM tool deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a key, trust-based relationship with customers.
  • Responsible for managing multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Coordinate the quarterly review of Business Lines activities with CCoE key performance indicators / reports to help customers improve their efficiency.
  • Be the main point of contact with knowledge of leading cloud providers and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to adapt: In complex situations, the CCSE must find solutions adapted to customer needs while considering technical and commercial constraints or propose innovative solutions with the CCoE team.
