About The Position

Cloud Camp is the Broadmoor’s highest wilderness experience all-inclusive adult getaway. Sitting at 9,000 ft, Cloud Camp offers its guests unforgettable experiences to include world class food and beverage offerings, daily activities, and extraordinary accommodations. As a member of the Cloud Camp Team, the Dinner Server will deliver exceptional guest service and serve food and beverage to guests. Cloud Camp offers a four-course plated dinner every evening with an extensive beverage program. Our employees represent the Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
one to two years of serving experience required.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain 5 star and 5 diamond standards while offering above and beyond service for all guests.
Serve guests four course plated dinner.
Answer menu questions and makes suggestions regarding food and beverage service.
Obtain and maintain knowledge of guest(s) diet restrictions and food allergies.
Ability to function as bartender and mix ingredients to prepare beverages to guest satisfaction.
Serve variety of wines, beers, and cocktails.
Maintain accurate communication with kitchen staff regarding orders, times, guest needs, etc. to provide efficient service.
Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
Buss and carry used tableware to kitchen area.
Handle opening and closing procedures as directed.
Follow Cloud Camp safety and hygiene standards.
Abide by and maintain up to date knowledge of Colorado liquor laws.
Assist other dining room staff and all other staff as needed.
Utilize the Point of Sales system proficiently.
Assist in Culinary and Stewarding as needed.
All other duties as assigned and help with any other duties at Cloud Camp needed and necessary.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
