Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead complex programs and manage multiple initiatives with strong organisation and prioritisation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence delivering to diverse audiences in virtual and live settings
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Cloud & AI strategies, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Experience working with indirect sales channels or partner ecosystems, with a passion for enabling partner success
  • Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to drive business cadence, facilitate structured reviews, and influence outcomes
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on outcomes, scalability, and continuous improvement
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of Azure Cloud & AI programs across the Americas, aligning closely with Microsoft and internal stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of go-to-market strategies that expand partner engagement and Azure consumption
  • Build and manage a strong rhythm of business, delivering insights, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Design and deliver impactful enablement sessions, empowering sales teams and partners with Cloud & AI knowledge
  • Support the sales cycle as a subject matter expert, helping overcome objections and unlock opportunities
  • Develop scalable, repeatable program models that drive long-term growth and efficiency
  • Act as a key voice between partners and Microsoft, sharing feedback and championing improvements
  • Lead program activities that increase readiness, participation, and measurable ROI
