About The Position

Your focus will be on keeping the cloud environment secure, scalable, and performing at its best—whether through strong conditional access policies, seamless single sign‑on experiences, secure network connectivity to the cloud, or proactive cloud service management. Ultimately, you will ensure that the technology behind the scenes remains reliable, secure, and fully aligned to support organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with all other BCBSWY IT administrators to ensure consistent operational performance. You will work with host site support personnel to maintain remote applications and ensure reliable access for end users. You will provide management with weekly and special reports to ensure that issues, trends, and processing requirements are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will serve in a backup capacity for other team members as needed or assigned, supporting continuity across the IT environment.
