About The Position

We are searching for a Clothing Lead at Hope Bargain Center! This role will be focused on overseeing donation sorting and supporting staff, residents, and volunteers; while maintaining a steady flow of production in the Clothing Department. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• Time management skills
• Lead by example; guide and encourage staff and residents to excel
• Working knowledge of second-hand goods
• Basic understanding of clothing items and willingness to learn pricing models
• Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/or Business Manager

Nice To Haves

• Proven Supply Chain, Operational or Supervisor experience (1-3 years)
• 1 year of Leadership or employee coaching experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of merchandise in the Clothing Department
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe working area
• Lead and supervise vocational training participants and volunteers
• Train new staff on Clothing Department tasks
• Represent organization well to: customers, volunteers, donors, and employees.
• Lead in maintaining an intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community
