About The Position

Bi-Mart is seeking a hardworking and energetic Clothing, Drugs, & Cosmetics Department Manager to join their team. This position focuses on building, promoting, and delivering a high degree of customer service. Daily tasks include providing prompt and friendly service, accurately handling customer transactions, ensuring sales clerks receive required breaks, and collaborating with store management to foster teamwork and a sense of ownership. Additional responsibilities may involve inventory replenishment, maintaining department fixtures, and training new employees on department duties.

  • 1+ Year(s) as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, courtesy clerk, or in other retail positions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and friendliness.
  • Provide prompt and friendly service to customers.
  • Handle customer transactions precisely.
  • Ensure sales clerks receive all required breaks.
  • Work closely with store management to build teamwork and pride of ownership.
  • Inventory replenishment.
