About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Grader in one of our Distribution Centers, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by sorting donated items, sending quality goods to our stores for sale; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services and make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have an eye for detail and quality
Responsibilities
- Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to donors and visitors
- Sort donated goods into a variety of categories
- Work to meet production goals
- Have a safety mindset
