Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Experience with real estate closings, title, or mortgage processes preferred

Responsibilities

Process closing files upon receipt, ensuring all requirements are met
Complete and update closing tasks across multiple systems of record
Verify documentation and data for accuracy and compliance
Assist in scheduling closing dates and times
Review Closing Disclosures and HUD Settlement Statements
Prepare and send closing packages to closing agents
Coordinate and communicate daily with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and closing agents
Facilitate smooth transaction flow from title clearance to loan disbursement
Perform additional duties as assigned
