Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent years of experience
- 2 years of related experience required
Responsibilities
- Confers with realtors, lending institution personnel, attorneys, buyers/borrowers, and sellers in order to facilitate and close real estate transactions
- Coordinates and manages a pipeline of files for closing, completes signatures/notary closings, and completes closing disbursements
- Responsible for assembling, preparing, and reviewing/verifying documents for real estate transactions
- Receipts and disburses funds in real estate transactions being certain that the escrow file balances
