About The Position

Taco John's International, Inc is seeking to hire a full-time Evening Shift Manager to be our General Manager's right hand by managing shifts and training new employees in our restaurant. In this restaurant management role, you are driven to help team members succeed in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You come to work with the goal to work hard, lead, teach, and contribute to a great environment in our restaurant. You happily interact with team members and customers throughout your shift. You are proud of the high-quality, fresh food that is delivered to our happy customers. You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to keep employees on task and motivated. Your role as a leader is critical to our success! And your willingness to work right alongside your team helps create a cooperative environment based on teamwork.

Requirements

Availability to work nights (3:00pm - close) and weekends
Willing to step in when a team member misses a shift
Punctual and reliable
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Committed to exceptional customer service, quality food, and speedy service
Available between 3pm-11:30 pm
