About The Position

Toppers Pizza is seeking Managers-In-Training (MITs) to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a growing company and be part of a dedicated team player environment where hard work is valued and fun is encouraged. The MIT will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction. A key responsibility will be to develop, direct, and supervise the team to achieve sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation. The program is designed to develop individuals into General Managers of Topper Pizza stores.
