Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Vechter Home Solutions. Closing Sales Representative – Home Improvement. We are looking for a motivated and confident Closing Sales Representative to join our growing home improvement team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, building relationships, and closing deals while having the flexibility to manage their own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 3–4 set appointments per day
• Meet with homeowners to discuss their home improvement needs
• Present products, services, and financing options
• Build trust and create a positive customer experience
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Close sales and meet individual performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction
