About The Position
Noodles & Company is a fast-casual restaurant chain that emphasizes fresh ingredients. They are hiring immediately for an evening (5pm-11PM) restaurant Shift Manager to motivate, coach, and work alongside their teams. The company's mission is to nourish and inspire every team member, guest, and community they serve. They offer a free meal after completing an interview.
Requirements
- Previous management or leadership experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent guest service skills and the ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed.
- Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds.
- Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant during shift, deliver uncommonly good guest service, and recognize team members for a job well-done each shift.
- Delegate responsibilities to the team and ensure they are exceeding guest expectations.
- Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness.
- Own open, mid, or close routines for the shift and set the next shift up for success.
